I'd say until next Christmas. Though, that doesn't mean you aren't good or that you don't know what you're doing.

In reality though, because I know my point is stupid, if you know what you're doing in a raid and you know your class and weapons then you aren't one.

Nope. I see Christmas noob as someone who got the game around Christmas and was a noob as long as everyone else(probably not as long actually because there are a lot more guides/info now) it's just a title bestowed upon those that got it at Christmas :P
