I use Invective in PVE as a backup for my scout rifle when being overrun. It gives me enough of a window to pull back. I also like that I don't have to worry about ammo for it.

I have the invective bounty. Is it worth me trying to stagger through the crucible bit?

The crucible part is easier than you think.

Thanks. Will give it a go later. Do like the exotic bounties and playing around with new weapons. Feels like a good time to do this one before the patch.
