Fatebringer because...well it's fatebringer.
IceBreaker because it's very versatile.
Ghorn because.....well it's Ghorn!
If I couldn't have two exotics I would have Hunger of Crota instead of Ghorn as Ice breaker will help me out in more things than ghorn will and HoC although not in the same league as Ghorn, it is in my opinion the next best thing!
