Hmm, am i bound by international law and subject to the consequences of invading north korea? If not then i would raise a massive well trained, well funded and well equipped military and invade north korea, execute all the leadership there, install my own leaders instead of holding elections then i will slowly ease them into democracy and free elections until eventually they can handle shit themselves. Then I would turn my attention to the war torn areas of Africa, then cambodia, etc. [spoiler]hey someone has to do it, everyone else in the world just turns a blind eye to all the terrible shit that's going on and since I wouldn't be bound by alot of the restrictions other leaders have i might as well do it.[/spoiler]
