Missing EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow

I've got the 'Limited Edition' last Thursday, activated and downloaded everything, restored licences etc. and there's no EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow. Please Bungie, give me what I've paid for!

I am also having issues of having no sparrow. I have done everything and I even looked to buy it but it is not there. Biggie please help.
