Bring back Old Vanguard Weapons
I would like to see the Vanguard Quartermaster cycle between his old stock of vanguard weapons & new vanguard weapons from the dlc. Same thing should go for the Crucible Quartermaster,
I just hope to see the old weapon selection so I may buy some old vanguard weapons with the new attack rating.

I can tell you this. It was WAY better than the crap we got now. Like seriously. When the dlc came out made me realize how they got from there to being here with shitty armor

And bring back old armor for a cheaper price that stuff looks way cooler than the new armor!

All the vendors should at the very least "reroll" all the random modifiers on their stock on a weekly basis.

The vendor could simply sell all of the weapons together. The faction vendors should sell ALL their respective weapons and shaders in a manner similar to IB. Commendations should have buying power similar to marks, so you could buy stuff with marks or use a commendation!

Please bring back old vanguard gear as well, I thought the old warlock chest pieces actually looked like something a warlock would wear.

I still have the A.1F scout rifle, and Devil You Know hand cannon.

Some old weapons are coming back. Hard Luck Charm for the Vanguard is coming in House of Wolves, and it has the exact same stats as Shadow Price, the leaked pic showed the same perks as well.
