I know level doesn't mean much but I would like to thing that the top levels know how to help out and get easy things done quickly

I'd like to think so too! Most of my experiences have been fine. Higher levels should have experience, but that doesn't mean they have skill. Stuff happens, though, I get it. When I'm taking care of my baby girl, my mind's not always completely in the game.
