The problem is many see being 32 as a status symbol,when it is actually just time played and RNG luck it does not guaranty experience in all task of a raid.
Then there's always people that tend to shy away from key roles in a raid because they do not like having the success of a raid rest on them.Then there's always the players who've only cheesed.Then there's the elitist problem i'm sure many would love to learn, but not many LFG.com groups have patience and understanding to people wanting to learn.But most logic answer would be maybe they're Christmas newb's.
