lol, the grouping is tighter while hip-firing it seems, even without hip-fire perk, I imagine with that added accuracy it must be nasty. And I should originally have said very long range lol because it does work past mid-range. On blind watch, the B building, I was at the top of the stairs, near the door closest to the far A end, some guy was sniping with icebreaker at the far end wall by the door, the back way around to C not the door right next to it. He was nearly as far away as anyone could get on that map. I was strafing and he missed, just reacted with the FR2, fired a little low to offset the muzzle flip, thinking, oh shit he's too far... And then he goes from lens flare to disappearing into a quickly fading purple ghost in milliseconds. That blew my mind. I've been wanting to go on a fusion sniping spree for the lulz ever since. I suck at pvp as destiny is literally the first game I've played pvp in so I gotta get em somewhere. I almost feel bad sometimes but then when I don't use it I get routinely smashed by vex, hawk, thorn, murmur, freaking suros, shotgun blinkers... The FR2 is the cure. I also like how you can't just buy it.
