It took me a while to get used to crucible and it really hurt my KD at the beginning and I really didn't care. But now I like it a lot and I'm trying to repair my KD. It's gone up to 1.60. And I have like 12,000 kills so it's hard to affect it. I need to average a solid3 KD over 10 or more matches on a daily basis to see it go up. I'm addicted to crucible. The formula is easy.
Primary: Thorn, Last Word, Vex
Secondary: LDR 5001 (Vanguard one with armor piercing rounds, you can shoot through walls), FRII, VoG Shotgun (drawing a blank right now)
Heavy: Deviant Gravity A (My fav heavy in the game)
It's all about angles and battle recovery. Try to engage 1v1. If you get caught by more than one, escape, reposition, gain angle and attack. Only shoot to kill, sucks when you waste half clip in someone who u knew u weren't gonna kill, only to catch someone sleeping but u don't have enough billets to kill. I have routines for every map. I have favorite angle where i know the height for my reticle to hit heads. Unless your really good, don't lead the pack, follow but stay close to others. Save Super for after heavy. Use your heavy the kill someone with heavy with your super. Follow this guide and you'll improve.I average probably 2.5 KD now, sometimes I go in tares. Hope this helps.

Thank you, I usually run Vanquisher, FR2, jolders hammer. The vanquisher has been really only good for mopping up, I'm trying to get good with TLW in PVE and try to bring it into pvp. Same with hawkmoon, I get vaporized by fusion rifles when I try to use it. I've been able to have some success with the Vex but again whenever I use it, it seems like someone with thorn, hawkmoon, or fusion rifles just own me. I think people who don't have it who complain like it's some magic gun that gives you instant wins are crazy. I'm a bit concerned about the hand cannon nerf effecting TLW since there was some crap about fast firing... I'm sure it will still be nasty though. Disengaging unfavorable encounters has helped me a lot, I watch a lot of streamers and pvp players who are very good but they will engage a fresh player while in the red, they win some but tarts usually the only time they die.
