And in some groups, if you run with the same people a lot, there's that one guy who always wants to run the relic. So he's the one who does it. I've never run it at level 31. I haven't done VoG a lot either, truth be told, but there's always someone who wants to grab it, and I haven't felt the need to make everyone wait while I learn it.
