Exotic bond, cloak or what Titan's wear (sorry T's)
CLOAK: dark blue, with a lightening pattern down the back and is spiked on the ends and hood. Extends Arc Blade time/ adds a shot to GG. (2x)
BOND: clouds about an inch off the arm with lightening dancing around the whole arm. It doubles reputation gained
(WHATEVER TITANS WEAR): Kind of similar to Hunters, but it has a different effect; increases rarity of drops and rewards.
That, in my humble opinion, is the best non-weapon exotic.
