That's a great idea for an exotic. I can imagine that the the bigger the blast radius, the larger the area is affected by aftermath. Then give it high stats in everything except blast radius but you can get heavy payload, flared magwell, or field scout. It will be the only exotic rocket that has 4 rounds in a clip with field scout equipped.

And dragons breath a warlocks. And aftermath is way more useful then any titan nade on a launcher. Although leaving pulse nades on impact could work also.
