I tried getting on destiny and i got the error "Your permissions to access online multiplier may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere." only i did not log in else where and my PSN plus is active, i have reset my licences like the article suggested but that did not work. I get this error every time i try to log on to destiny ( i have had this since launch and finally annoyed enough to complain about it) . I usually fix it by unplugging my system(PS4) and resetting my router while my system is unplugged but this has not worked for the last 3 days. all the suggestions that i have read online about it being my permissions (which are open on the ps4) or with my router which has the "optimized settings" according to Bungie. What am i to do? !!!! UPDATE !!!! I discovered that it was the wifi router that i was using, I have since changed routers and it works perfectly,
