Perk 1 - just a jog - agility +7
Perk 2 - OUT OF THE WAY!!! - after sprinting for around 3 seconds if you melee someone you get a +10 agility and it goes into third person (perfect for escapes and speed attacks)
Perk 3 - Rush - replace super with a super (sort of like the Titan charge) your character vaults ahead about 20 feet and behind you leave a trail of flames and void energy (the super does void damage) anyone who gets In your way will be DEMOLISHED.

I like the idea but this sounds more like a new super instead of an exotic. I'm thinking maybe a bonus in agility and maybe a blink slide that leaves a damaging trail behind.
