I would love to see the old weapons offered at the new attack level. Have vendor stock rotate daily, and have the perks roll differently as well. Be something to look forward to each day. The old guns are still in the drop table, but no one wants them at the old attack level.
...which wouldnt be a problem if they moved the attack stat off of weapons and onto your character....
