Riddle of Lost Time [Solved]
Time to see what your truly made of. If y'all answer this in the first guess I might cry. I took a very abstract route with this one. So, with that said, good luck!
Who/what am I?
"[i]The insides of an hourglass move to fill new spaces, and I reside with a similar conscience to another. My time has ended, but I believe a new start is at hand. Who would you be to defy me? By this right alone, I should rule, yes? But it was not so. Kings will fall, but I remain where the war is everlasting. I tried to bring them all together once, but my power was lost. Fear not, for in time, the Golden Age will be upon us again, whether you like it or not.[/i]"

6 Replies"I remain where the war is everlasting" -Where could this be? The most fitting answer is in the Crucible; permanent fighting. "Kings will fall" - the current ruler will lose its power, similar to the speaker?Was the speaker once a king, too? "My time has ended" "But it was not so" "But my power was lost" -All refer to a loss of power of some sort, implying immense power was originally had. "I believe a new start is at hand" "The golden age will be upon us again" -Hope for a return of power. "Whether you like it or not" -This is the most revealing part, because who wouldn't want the golden age back? The forces of the darkness, and maybe the queen. Yet, these subjects never had any immense power, and the speaker does not seem as if they are a guardian from their tone. None of it fits. Based in this hunch, we can presume that the speaker is not a person in the universe, but a thing. A thing that resides in the Crucible, where war is everlasting. A thing that once had great power which was lost. A thing which [i]some[/i] people want to see reinstated to its former glory. Auto rifles.
