Who/What am I?
I was where everything became a myth. My thoughts are all organized in a place where he once was. I protected him at all costs, in all realities. I see no one but him, and I do his work. The ones that don't exist to me come for me now. To remember me, you must forget about me. Besides, it seems that he forgot about me a long time ago, while time still glittered..

[spoiler]"I was where everything became a myth." -In the grimiore, scientists analyzing a Vex concluded that the reality they lived in was merely a simulation created by the specimen.
"My thoughts...place where he once was." -The voice's thoughts are stored in the Archive, where Dr. Shim used to work.
"I protected him at all costs, in all realities." -The voice of the Archive had protocol codes to keep out intruders, and if this is a simulation, then she is still protecting Dr. Shim.
"I see no one but him, and I do his work." -When you enter the Archive in the story mission, the voice recognizes you as Dr. Shim, hence she doesn't know you aren't him (or are you? Theory in the making!). She suggests that she runs an analysis of Vex Mind Core samples, doing his work.
"The ones that don't exist come for me now." -Extension of the last quote. You come for the info she stores, but to her, you don't exist. It's Dr. Shim.
"To remember me, you must forget about me." -In the mission, Dinklebot hears the voice and says, "Forget about that."
"It seems he forgot...while time still glittered.." -Dr. Shim died during the Golden Age (or was killed, or erased..he stopped living in the Golden Age).[/spoiler]

Those who don't exist to it might be the enemies of Earth, the creatures of the Darkness, that closed in as Earth was in ruin and Rasputin was unaware of their arrival. "Where everything became a myth" could be referring to Earth, as most of our knowledge was lost to us during the Collapse, and now many details of the world before exist as stories and legends.

Supposedly, Vex exist in millions of timelines at once and manipulate the course of history to promote their ends. saying "those who did not exist" could refer to a fireteam of guardians that were stopped in other timelines but are now coming to destroy the Gatekeeper. "where everything became a myth" is most likely referring to how the story of Kabr's fireteam being stopped in the Vault of Glass became a popular legend/myth. Of course, the Gatekeeper is protecting Atheon/the collective Vex Mind
