Should Feats be Allowed in Cyberpunk?

So somebody is making a big fit about the new Feat mechanic in the RP making players "weak and only good at one thing," which isn't true at all. Feats just add abilities that other players with different feats don't have. And this encourages cooperation, because one Feat may need the other in a certain situation. It also creates balance, and I'm sure I don't have to explain how that is. So vote if you want this mechanic in the RP or you don't. In an hour, the final verdict will be chosen.
