So the first time you fight the Taurus demon, instead if initiating the boss fight, turn right and go up the ladder. Kill the skeletons, then use the ledge to deal massive damage to him after the fight starts.
-
In "The Oracle", when you get to the boss part, simply rush him with an energy sword. He goes down in two hits. One should stun him and the second should kill him. You have to do it fast though.

There are two of these behind the crate spots. Both ramps on the left side (when facing the door he first comes out) you can get under both either of them depending which end of the room the boss is at.
-
On Cario Station, there are several stickies behind the first large crate on the first balcony you come to. You can lob those over the rails for some good kills.
-
Lot depends on who you're fighting

In EVOLVE I use any bush

I know u can throw poop over the wall to kill the Kapra demon....

Nah, the maps are too open to hide from bosses, especially Baron Von Bats. However you can try and get in close to the Gargantuars and keep hitting them while moving around them so they can't hit you, like Hunters.
Oh, you meant Destiny? Ha, that doesn't belong here. It goes to #Destiny. ;)
for the nexus strike as soon as you drop down into the nexus area do a 180 and you can get in behind the big stone slab, pop out either side and throw rockets and icebreaker shots to the face. for the sepiks strike if you climb the stairs to the left as soon as you enter sepiks lair you can hide behind a red colored crate thingy and hit sepiks from pretty much any spot on map, then just duck to reload or avoid his attacks. only shanks will come up there to get you. there is a slim chance sepiks will teleport on top of you, so you need to run fast to avoid his close quarters attack, then just head back up when he moves away. for the archon priest fight if you head back up the cliff you drop down to archons lair you can then jump up to a higher cliff and have a good shot on the archon while being fairly protected and out of sniper range
