I have one with 4 reprogrammable paddles. I will never go back!!! Absolutely worth every penny with as much as I play. However, if I had it to do over again I would have only gotten two paddles. I don't ever really use the ones in the middle. They're a little awkward to reach. That's obviously just personal preference. I've had Kontrolfreek's too before I got a Scuff and those are great.... but not even in the same category as Scuff's as they don't do the same thing. Get the best of both worlds and get both. That brings me to my last point on these... I would not get the extended control sticks on the scuff's if I had it to do over again either. I'd just get the Scuff with the default control sticks and put Kontrolfreek's on instead. It makes customizing and swapping out to your preference much simpler. My Scuff medium length thumb sticks are wearing out. If I had the default sticks with Kontrolfeeks on I could simply replace them.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Giving it some serious though now as to get a costumed controller

I use a scuff with 2 paddles on the back and higher domed sticks and no rumble packs. The amount of time I spend gaming I think they are worth it. I really notice the difference when I use my normal xbox controller.

Edited by grinON2wheels: 2/18/2015 8:31:34 AMI have a Cinch controller which uses buttons instead of paddles like in the Scuf's. Took a little to get used to but now I can't play FPS without it. Prices vary depending on how customized you want it. Plus I use Kontrol Freaks on the sticks.

My son & i both have kontrol freeks, but i could not see paying for a scuff. I would rather blow my money on some A40's
