One night pre dlc I was zoning out putting weapons in the vault and saw 5 energies and weapon parts pop up. Took a couple seconds to snap out of it and realized The Calming fusion rifle was no more. never put stuff away tired since....

Little fingers are not lowed to touch my PS4 without my supervision. Whether it's my game or not, I'm always close by watching what he's doing.

Not my kids, but a buddy of mine logged on to find all his character's inventory slots filled with common weapons...like the kind you buy from the gunsmith. Luckily, only the empty slots were filled and nothing was destroyed...other than glimmer.

Not the exact same thing, but I logged on and found my ship was an older, unused one. Next, my warlock was holding an uncommon weapon and had alternate armor on. I just shrugged it off thinking not much of it and reverted to my normal setup. About 5min later, my son walks in and asks "hey dad, did you like what I did to your guardian?" I looked at him and said "That was you?!?" He smirked and said yeah, I did it from the Destiny app on my iPad that you installed. I chuckled, and said it was fine....just do NOT delete anything. When he was younger, he deleted my Mariokart Wii license that I had just completed and had gold trophies on all CCs. It was a bitter pill, but it was swallowed. He learned quickly that it was a bad thing.
