MattP gives great advice below...here's a little more. Battleborn is a PS4 clan that is focused on raiding and other group activities: https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Forum/523657/0/1/0 Knights is a good group as well -- https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Forum/240850/0/1/0 The admins of those groups are active and will do their best to introduce you to other DoD's within and around the clan if you throw a post on their boards here. A fair amount of clans seem to be heading towards other apps/google docs to create signup sheets for raids and whatnot, just to try and stay organized. Personally I try to peruse as many boards as i can to try and increase my friends list to the point where there's always someone on playing during the same time. Every DoD that I've come across on multiple platforms has been both helpful and fun to play with. I'm always learning new things about the game, whether it be mechanical (light level flashing if teammate super is charged) or strategies. Have fun! PS - I'll add you next time I'm able -- PSN: JohnQBucky

You sound like me! I've been an avid gamer for years, but Destiny has really hooked me. 2 of my 3 kids are also into Destiny and recently I've taken to leveling up their characters for them, since they have been mostly focused on patrols. I've now got my own 32 Hunter, my 8 year old's 31 Titan and my other 8 year old's 26 Warlock. Between their Destiny and Minecraft time I rarely get on my XBox One, until after 10 pm when they go to bed, so I typically have some late nights.

You'll surely find a group. Go to http://www.dadsofdestiny.net/members/. Enter in your selection criteria (probably just use time period playing, console, mic and perhaps one more). You'll get 200+ members. Look for those that are most active (I assumed that if someone had changed their avatar, they were more active) and send friend requests. Also, if you grab a $25 Logitech bluetooth keyboard from Best Buy (or elsewhere), it makes it 10x easier. It took me 30 minutes to send 60 friend requests one night. Also, you can't get to lvl 32 with Vault of Glass gear. Gotta be Crota's End gear. But, the good news is that Crota is both shorter AND easier to do things solo! So, you can often get through certain parts all by yourself. Just be willing to die A LOT while you're learning. Heck, you can get through the first 2 parts all by yourself, only having to kill 3 ogres.
