Aussie based raid group

Hi all, My PS4 handle is bushmanbob and I am based in Melbourne Australia looking for raid team for regular runs at 8:30pm (EST) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and some Friday/Saturday/Sundays. I am light 312/313 Hunter (305/ Warlock/Titan) with TOM and Black Spindle) and have done hard mode raid up to Oryx about 3 times now and the full normal raid about 6-7 times. I know every position except relic runner upon entry and gaze keeper on Golgaroth, but happy to learn these roles. I am also a crappy jumper but happy to get dragged along without the shards after the ships puzzle. I am happy to run with randoms, but hate drop outs and rage quitters etc... Looking to finally get a good team together for a regular raid. Happy to learn Oryx strategies on hard etc with a new team. Don't care if we suck the first few times we do the raid together, as we should all just be able to help each other out if someone is good at one role or another. I assume eventually we should be able to run the raid quickly as we will know the positions we will normally run with.
