Mida is a great gun.. I've had her for a couple of weeks now and am quite fond of her. But VoC is much more diverse. VoC is a raid weapon with Oracle Disruptor, it fires full auto, and does solar damage. None of those attributes are present with my lovely Mida.. however... Mida Dominates in the Crucible! Her range and accuracy make it so that I can pick off snipers across the map, and often they have NO idea I'm shooting at them because Mida is discrete, no bright red laser light beaming like a beacon in the night. If you have the coin to spare.. Why not have the best of both worlds?

3 RepliesOthers have asked this question today and I've referred them to the video on YouTube by Planet Destiny of the five best Scout rifles. Worth a watch, but the VoC was the winner I believe.

I feel that MIDA is a very close second to VoC until you can get it.

I believe that hands down the VoC wins, however I can buy a MIDA with coins while I wait for a VoC to drop... at some point.

If you have the coins for it, get it, then use them both to see which works best for you. If I had to choose just one, I'd stick with the VOC.
