Hello fellow Dads of Destiny!
I know we've all come together to share in a paternal fellowship as we attack virtual battles, but I wanted to share a personal story of a very special little man taking on a battle that is all to real. The family needs our help and I'm hoping we can rally together as fathers.
Little Camden is just 18months old but he has been a fighter since birth and he has blessed everyone with his infectious laugh and heart warming smile. As we approach this holiday season his family received the unfortunate and dreaded news that their little guy has been diagnosed with Acute Megakaryoblastic Leukemia. The testing just came in on December 4th and unfortunately Camden's mommy will be unable to work as the little guy has already been admitted for a very lengthy hospital stay out of town. It weighs on my heart when I imagine this miracle of a life and his family having to spend Christmas going through chemo, and I know that they would certainly appreciate our help and prayers.
If you could please pray for the little man, hope for him, share his story, and if you're able please make a contribution to help fund his treatment and to help support his family as they tackle the huge battle of a cancer fight. As parents I know we all can empathize with the fear and gut wrenching stress that comes with a sick child but I can't even fathom what it must be like to receive such a challenging diagnosis.
I know this isn't the ideal method of reaching out but I'm hoping that as a community of fathers we can find a way to rally and bond together in one strong fireteam as we help little Camden meet his challenging raid/strike head on.

Thanks in advance everyone and if nothing else hopefully this gives us all a little perspective as we gripe about our cursed luck over something as trivial as a raid drop. Take a moment today to embrace your child, kiss them, and know that they are the most exotic and cherished loot that we'll ever have. Happy holidays everyone!
Edit: Changed up the title because it looked like it might have been getting cut off the screen initially (to wordy)
Edit2: tried to repost as some we're reporting that they weren't seeing it on here.
