Question - Glimmer

Is anyone else having trouble collecting glimmer? Since the update, I only collect glimmer from enemies when I use boost items. Is this expected due to a change?

    Only enemies with yellow health bars drop glimmer unless you're using a glimmer boost. Best glimmer farm spots are the 3 hive near the patrol entrance of the cosmodrome and the exclusion zone.
