We're not about pressure or competition or kd/r's but more specifically about how you want to enjoy your precious game time with the people you want to enjoy it with. There is a real sense of family within the community that plays a big role in the actions of the community.

Fan Fiction Done Right

I dont know if anybody listens to podcasts or enjoys fan fiction (I didnt know I did until now). Craig from Guardian Radio Network did a 15 episode show called Ghosts and Echos. Its really well done. Written, produced, and paced well. I recommend it!
