3 RepliesIts a rare night that I get to be on before 11pm. Either my youngest doesn't go to sleep (8 month old) or the wife decides shes going to stay up and keep watching Netflix with me. And whatever you do DO NOT ASK YOUR WIFE "when is she going to bed"!

Surprisingly I think this with my wife. I put our daughter down around 9 and am usually free by 930 whenever I come out and see my wife on the couch still awake I'm like "seriously!?" She usually heads to bed when I'm putting the little one down. So messing with my game time. You have the tv the time before that! Lol

Even worse..I have a mic but my game is in the bedroom for Christmas. I can't talk because my wife is light sleeper but I forgot the other night and when alcoponed6 jumps off a cliff trying his tumbler out ( fail ) and I bust out laughing I get kicked off the bed...

I told my friends I could raid that night. 9pm comes up. Not asleep. Messages start pouring in. I say I can play yet 10pm. Nope Still messaging. 11pm. Come on! Now the messages have turned to making fun of me. 12pm. Now I'm crying. They beat the raid 1am. Please go to sleep. I need sleep. 2am. We both are finally sleeping.

Its a similar thing to "jock blocking" i feel. U know in high school when u want that girl but every time u try ur friend pops up and starts talking to her? Substitute the girl for ur xbox and ur friend for ur son/daughter.

Yes, my other clan members get upset when I can't get on till 1030 but my daughter routinely stays up that late.
