mobile app game idea
I was thinking at work today (at a new store that I'm not too busy at, yet)
And thought that some of the things I would like to see added to the main game could be added via a mini game on the Destiny mobile app.
I used to play a game called Galaxy on Fire on my phone pretty often and it occurs to me that maybe Bungie could institute a type of mini game that involves our ships taking out hive, fallen and space turtle ships via our phone. It would be fun and something to keep us involved with Destiny even when we are away from our TVs.
They could have "space" bounties for xp to help lvl weapons and stuff. Maybe even have flags like hunters have capes to lvl factions and stuff.
I love to post stuff like this but I'm pretty sure with Bungie they have their own personal think tanks and this probably won't happen but I gotta put it out there.

I wish they would institute a mobile game where you can farm mats and whatnot which sucks doing in game. The game could be puzzle based or a space shooter like you outline in the OP. Drops could be planet resources or whatever they feel like making available.

I would love to see more of a retro fitted game for our little destiny app, like galaga. Imagine your big ole ship as a little 8bit ship would be super sweet :)
