Upgrade weapons faster
Fill 5 bounties just before you turn them in use a telemetry for the weapon class you want to upgrade. It seems to work :)

Just make sure you remember to equip the weapons/armor you want to upgrade! I can't remember how many times I forgot to do that. So many wasted bounties.
