First things first.
1: "You can't please everyone" It is impossible to please everyone when doing these types of schedules and rosters, etc. I will still do my best to set times to involve as many people as possible.
2: "Know thy self" We all joined this clan to be in a relaxed environment with like minded people. We are all older guys with slower reflexes and such. That being said, please respect the time of others when it comes to raiding. I will be trying to schedule at least one or two raids per week for people who are looking to push content and do full clears. Having just one person who has no idea what is going on and did not even bother to look into the raid mechanics can ruin the entire groups experience. The bottom line is this, don't make the raid leader be the bad guy and ask you to leave if you are unwilling or unable to contribute to the group. I only plan on having a small number of raids that will require high levels of competency from those who attend. Most will just be everyone learning and dying over and over while getting progressively intoxicated.
3: "Show up and be respectful". I will have "Raid sign ups" for prime time raids. If you intend to show up, sign up. If you sign up, show up. If you show up, be present. Having raided for years in other MMOs, I can't tell you how annoying it is to show up to a raid and have some dude go AFK (Away From Keyboard) while the rest of the group just sat there twiddling our thumbs. We are adults here and our time is valuable. Don't be a the guy that robs others of this resource.
4: "Have Fun" This is what would be referred to as a "casual" clan. We are not a group of hardcore raiders that are looking to get "world firsts" or whatever. If you are attending the Higher skill level raids, this changes up a bit, but for the majority of these groups, please keep fun and companionship the focus. If you are going to turn into an asshole after the 9th wipe in a row on a boss, please excuse yourself from the group of check your attitude and remind yourself why you are here. What I remember the most of my hardcore raiding days was the fun and silly moments, or the boss kills that were preceded by a massive amount of wipes. In ten years, I only remember one loot drop that I was really excited about (and that was while soloing). Again, have fun, chill out, enjoy the experience.
5: "Synchronize Swatches" There are people in this clan from all over the world. In an attempt to avoid confusion, I am going to schedule the raid times by using the Eastern Time Zone of the United states. This is GMT -5
Please understand that I am viewing this role as a type of party coordinator. Even in parties you need to make sure people are not taking a dump in the middle of the floor. So don't take a dump on our floor if you plan on attending our parties. If we can all understand and follow these basic rules of the party, we should have a lot of fun.
If you plan to raid, please respond to this post with your ideal raid times and days.

Hi im on most days after 10pm GMT and happy to join in stuff if I can. Ugo

I am free to raid every night but Weds. 9pm est is a great raid start time for me. I have 3 characters i would raid with. I dont mind leading raids but would feel more comfortable after I have a few more completions under the belt so I know where all calcified fragments are and can thoroughly find all the chests. And not take forever doing the jumping after golgotha.

If u don't mind, I wouldn't mind setting up a European time zone group to coincide with urs, that way we can cover as many people as possible. Obviously there will be time differences but we would still be following the guide u have set out.

Weekend nights EST is usually my best times to Raid or ToO. Well said and good job bro.

Spoken like a professional! I would love to do this. My ideal times are fri and sat nights and some sundays, EST.
