12th Federation Special Warfare Fleet: August Proxy

A special detachment of the United Federation Navy, August Proxy is a small fleet consisting of 7 NG-Nexus Cruisers, responsible for the monitoring of Outer Federation Space. Operating as the Galactic Federation's silent strike force, it engages in operations of counter-intelligence, counter-insurgency, and reconnaissance. The Fleet recruits it's members from those that have shown adept ability in tactical analysis, combat adaptability, knowledge of star charts, advanced mechanics, and exo-topography. It's existence is virtually unknown to any but the highest of rank in the Federation Military, considered part of the UFN in name only, having a large amount of autonomy in how it conducts it's operations.
