Helping Noobs, as a GOOD thing. update 7/20

Hello Guardians. I'm in the point of things where I am able to offer some amount of quality help; with both information and tactics. I am not a super-elite-god-killing-ninja, I have both Raid ships though I am not a Raid serpa. I am predominantly a full-time Striker who only kills in the crucble when the Iron Banner comes around (usually a top-tier player during IB though). I'm a 34 Titan/33 Hunter/24 Warlock. My motivation for helping - 1) No one helped me when I needed it. I only encountered the type of pretentions that turn people away. I didn't really care because I'm a rather solitary figure. Most people are not nearly as 'thick-skinned' as I am which is what made me think that others might appreciate some help. 2) I can't stand it when people talk about 'going flawless' when they skip over 95% of the monters on their very fast-paced sprint to The Boss. Then they complain about not having enough ammo so they use the heavy ammo glitch. The strike begins with the 1st creature and endsafter the Boss. And guess what...when you kill all those lil punks at the start and middle of the strike you invariably get enough ammo drops to get you through the rest of the match. I'm trying to bring up Guardians who have a love and appreciation of Destiny. Glitchers, cheaters, and sliders need not apply! But then, why would you? Due to a couple 'Bad Apples' I need to state a couple of things that most of you consider to be common sense. 1) I don't owe anyone anything. I am doing this out of a (borderline unhealthy) love of The Game. 2) If you spam me with 8 invites before I even have enough time to respond to the 1st, I will block you. There's 1 person who could pull that off without irritating me. 3) If I'm hosting , sure I'll have the other members of the FT but don't expect me to do all the work setting up YOUR team for what is essentially YOUR game. My role is one of FACILITATING GROWTH not giving you a piggy-back ride up to level 20. and 4) If you are young-young you will need to put 1 of the parents on the mic just long enough to tell me "it's cool." It would not take a whole lot of work to make it sound really bad. so, 12 and under- no exceptions (but look, kid it's MY rep + most people won't play with 'screachers' at all, so count me as bein' cool about it instead of mean). ALL TIMES POSTED ARE EST and subject to change KID'S RUN (player's choice) - Saturdays 10am -12 pm Adult Nightfall Run (17+) - Tuesday and Thursday @ 7-8:00pm Adult Player's Choice - Mon and Wed 7 - 8pm Feel free to add me to your list.
