Experienced Destiny-er looking for a small active group/clan - XB1

G'day fellow Destiny-ers. I am looking for a rather small group of active individual to do several Hard mode raids on a weekly basis, PVP (including Trials) and other activities. I have completed King's Fall hard and gone Flawless at Trials of Osiris a fair amount of times. I do not qualify myself as the best player Destiny has ever seen but I am good enough to do well whilst enjoying the game. I have 3 characters between 310 and 313 light and the usual standard equipment (Touch of Malice etc...). I am working full time (30 yrs old) and play almost every week nights (from 8-11:30PM AEST, Australia) on XBox One. I thoroughly enjoy playing Destiny but many of my friends are slowly abandonning the game which makes it hard to find reliable groups to play with constantly. I have tried LFG a few times but never had a good experience on it due to being unluckily matched with people with very little raid experience which would make every patient man throw his controller out the window! Anyhoo enough about me, please let me know if you have a group of friends/clan looking for an extra member!
