Destiny Help PLEASE

So I recently updated to a PS4 and of course got Destiny in order to prepare for the upcoming expansion. I bought a used copy and when I put it in to start playing it asked for the update (as always). For some reason, I can't download the updated Destiny onto my PS4 it gives an error code: CE-32947-5. I have tried literally everything I could think of. Resetting network settings, deleting the app and downloading it on the Library and the PSN website. I even called the Playstation support team and had a very long and frustrating conversation as to why I can't download the updated Destiny game. I am new to the gaming world (left it for 2 years) and so there is a lot of new things that I have yet to learn. If any of you could help me out on this that would be great!
