New player looking for folks to play with

I picked this game up a few days ago, and almost none of my friends play. I'm having a lot of fun, and anticipate putting a lot of time for this. I'm mostly looking for mature, non-bigoted, laid-back folks (preferably adults with mics) to play with. If you've got a 18+ clan, all the better. I usually play after 7 PM EST on weekdays, and am usually playing something most of the day on weekends. I've got a lot of experience raiding and performing group activities in other games, so I imagine those skills will carry over to raiding and strikes on this.
