A broken Will Quest

So I am having troubles trying to get the "A Broken Will" quest.I completed the taken king story. I dont know what the next step is. I have the following quests in my slot "path of the gunslinger","The dark below","fruit of garden","the taken ware petra","nothing left but fall","against the hive","a cry for help","crucible forged","shattered past","just a hand full of bullets","the vanguards hand","the taken war venus", and "make the vanguard smile". I know im a noob I only play mutliplayer but I am really trying to get the sword. Im a hunter if that matters. I feel like im stuck and I dont know the next step or misson to do in order to get it.Can Someone help me out please. I appreciate it guys.
