Looking for permanent Trials teammate on PS4

Two skilled team mates looking for a permanent third. Me and my buddy have consistently struggled to find a third team member on the weekends for Trials. When we do find a third, we can usually go to the lighthouse even if the player isn't incredibly comfortable in PVP. We play Trials every weekend, it is our favorite thing to do in the game, we just tend to find it frustrating that we sometimes go into Friday night not having any clue if we will find a third teammate for a run. With that being said, you usually won't find us online during the week, but come trials time, we are always down to play. We play to win, and we will get frustrated if we don't, but on the other hand, we have a ton of fun along the way telling jokes and busting each others balls. We are hoping to find someone that can laugh with us, get serious when it is time, won't get upset if tensions boil over in a particularly sweaty round, and is going to be available every weekend for several runs. The only hard requirements are that you'll need to be available in the evenings, preferably from the US, have a KD above 1.25, have a mic, and are as desperate as us to find a permanent team.
