Looking for clan (OCE-PC)

Hi, I'm looking for a clan who wouldn't mind taking in another player who just wants to experience the full game (mainly raids). I've been in a few clans since release but most of them either didn't have any sort of socializing (meaning players never spoke to each other at all/ didn't do anything with clan-mates), so I'd like to join a mostly sociable clan. I've got a mic, so I don't mind using comms at all Thanks for reading
