3 characters (2x 29.5 and a 30) need VOG HM regulars (PS4)

So the random groups on LFG are doing my head in, I need some regulars for Hard raids and hopefully I can find some in this clan. I have cleared hard 5 times legit at 29 and once at 30 across my 3 characters, i know all roles and have all the key weapons maxed (VOC, IB, GH etc). My gaming time runs from 8pm-4am most nights (sydney timezone), Im a mature gamer and am all business inside the VoG. I like quick runs and good communications and don't mind helping others less experienced if they are willing to learn. So please guys save me from the insanity of random pick up games!
