Game Night (Xbox one)
Wednesday 5:00 ET.

Also it would be good to plan the even ahead of the date so that people can clear their schedule for it. People will be eating dinner around that time too so expect a lot of people going AFK here and there during the game. Also make a plan and post it in the thread so people know what's up and going on.
