Time to get to know some Guardians
Hi all,
My name is Jim, I am 38 years old and live in the UK. My PSN ID = ZeroReload_X
I have been a gamer since the old Commodore 64 and Atari days and have played on nearly every console except the PS3 and XBoxOne. My IRL friends have always played on Xbox and XBox360, therefore I have not been part of the PlayStation community.
For all the right reasons (which I shall not name here) I have purchased the PS4 on launch day instead of the XBone and I have not yet been able to make many friends on PSN strangely enough. I love gaming communities and team play and hope to find some new friends here to team up with when Destiny hits the shelves.
I am restricted to weekends and some evenings during the week due to family and work commitments, but always up for some laughs and good gaming time. I am really looking forward to Destiny and more than anything to experience MMO-FPS Raids. I used to play MMOs like WoW and Eve Online for a few years until I met my other half :) Needless to say; I believe Destiny raids will be a fantastic challenge and I look forward to moving there with Team OPM.
Hope to see some other introductions from like minded people on here.

Loving it so far. Only having a PS4 for less than a week means my friend list is currently somewhat lacking. Just rattled through the campaign again, hit Lvl 20 on my new Warlock and am looking for a few people for strikes etc. I'm a 39 year old casual gamer from Notts, about most evenings after work. Hi all I am Mark and am also restricted by family, work, and as of this week a wife who loves "Strictly"! PSN name is Seaside-Mark I am 46 and have been playing since the days of Pong, ZX81 1K Chess, Vic20 Wacky Waiters, through to just finishing Black Flag on my lovely PS4. You will never, ever hear me complain about load times! Struggling to find friends at all. Particularly those who progress as slowly as me. As of Sat 27 Sept I am playing a level 7 Warlock. Would be great to find a few friends to make up fire teams or team up to storm the Crucible. I have been playing video games for decades on all different systems from the NES right up to the PS4 as well as many on the PC but I have never played an XBox. Thankfully I get to play most days which is handy as there are still so many games I still want to get my hands on or even play again, My favorite game is without a doubt XCom ( PSX or PC) and I mean the original and not the 2K games remake. I have been reading OPM since 2006 however I remember when it was called the Offical UK Playstation Magazine back in 1995, I think a Steve Jarratt was the editor back then (Yes OK I'm old).

Hi All, My name is Ivan, 33 years old and live in the UK. Started playing videogames on my brothers Atari since I was 6 years old! ... Moved through pretty much every type of console there is (except for any of the XBs)... Like ZeroReload (who started this thread), I was am fairly restricted in play time, due to work & family commitments: mostly weekends, where I get anywhere between 2-8 hours or so... sometimes on evening as well. This means I level up slowly, yes... But I'm a nice guy to play with haha! I also need some friends on PSN, sounds a little sad, I know, but true (especially for Destiny).
