Consistent raid team

Me and my buddy(he has a Kinect mic, but he's very good in raids) need 4 other somewhat mature but cool to raid with consistently. I am tired of coaching randoms through the raid, just for me to never play with them again. I'm just looking for 4 cool guys(no racists) who want to play destiny raids, nightfalls, and strikes daily/weekly. Just wanna make 4 good friends.
