Raids, POE, Quest Help!

I need a fireteam to help me out with the following: -Raids (VOG, CE, KF) Normal -Prison of Elders (levels 32, 34 and 35) - Kill Stirok, Banner of Oryx (Cosmodrome Rocketyard) -> He always disappears right before I finish him off... Am Titan with light lvl. ~ 300 on XB1. Casual gaming. Mic recommended. Must meet Destiny's recommended light level (for Raids and POE).
