I think this clan is going to be awesome if we are able to organize this way. I've never been involved with a clan like I am with this one, so maybe this sort of organization is common, but its pretty exciting. Super stoked to actually get around to playing the game with everyone. In the meantime if members get online together on other games that will be a good way for everyone to get used to working together. It would definitely help me at least lol. I'm used to soloing in most games so sometimes I might have a tendency to act on my own if there's no clear direction. However, playing Borderlands the other day with you guys helped me realize that tendency, so I can check myself b4 I wreck myself in the future.

We will not create set groups immediatly. Let's find who we meld with and who is on at our times ext. obviously within 2 weeks we will be more comfortable with some than others. At which point static groups will be made. Also we will have several events daily for anyone to sign up for.

As ScoobyTuesday said, it'll be on a situation basis. In the beginning I imagine it'll just be those in similar time zones queueing up to play with anyone in the clan so we can all get to know each other. Maybe after a while we'll establish more concrete teams. You and I will probably be playing a lot together, and anyone else who will be binge playing like myself and Eldente will probably play frequently together too. I plan on trying to play with at least one new player a day in the beginning so I can get to know others in the clan as an admin, but I recommend everyone else do the same, especially if we have 50-60 clan mates come launch date. As for raids, I believe in the beginning it will simply be whoever is ready at the time. There will be a select few players who will be level 20 quick within the clan, and even fewer who are 25 or so with legendary and exotic gear. The first few raid attempts will likely be amongst the first 6 to me the "ready" criteria. As time progresses though, and the whole clan is geared and leveled up, we'll establish groups of 6 or so, likely 1 admin and 5 players. The admins won't necessarily be the full-on leaders of the groups, we'll all work together and plan together. It's just important to have an admin in each group for official runs to make sure we all play properly together and plan together. But of course, anyone in the clan is more than welcome to make/plan runs at raids.

For right now, I don't believe there are currently any set groups. As the clan develops, I'm sure we'll get more into that, especially with players in all different time-zones. (I'm actually currently compiling a list of everyone and their Time-zones/play times) Eldente has said his goal is to have 50 members (though at one point, he did mention 60 might work better, but we'll just have to work towards 50 for now) and 10 admins, which would mean 1 admin, 5 players, which equals 10 fireteams for Raids. By that point, I'm sure there will be more set groups, or balances. Each admin will be hosting events, such as strike missions, PvP matches, though out the week, so set groups may start to form there as well. Right now I think it'll just be random groupings till we can be better established, figure out who's on, and when, and ultimately who works best together.
