Best character builds

So another thread popped up on this and some good points were made and I stumbled across something quite cool, which was the skill builder in the spoiler. I had a play with it to try best sort of builds in my opinion and screenshotted them for Sunsinger, Defender, Bladedancer. This is my reply to the thread: Im assuming this is the skill builder you were on about:
http://www.cinemablend.com/m/games/Destiny-Skill-Calculator-Lets-You-Plan-Your-Character-65079.html
. If you have a play with it you find that each class is built for a specific skill (First skill can always be maxed): -Warlock- Recovery and /Armour (or balanced Armour and Agility)/ -Titan- Armour and Recovery (Agility is low) -Hunter- Agility and Recovery (Armour is low-average)

Alright ive had a good look at the Hunter and found some nice PvE gear optimisations for the bladedancer subclass. I'll also add to this if it helps with build ideas. HUNTER 1) Offensive melee- Mask of the Third man, Thorn- This exotic helms allows faster melee cooldown and lowers power usage for the arcblade super. When combined with the skill 'encore' this can lead to some great sustainable damage builds. Near perma stealth is an option here, but I could imagine that the ranged move which can hit/kill multiple enemies would be favoured more in PvE, the skill encore itself extends arcblade duration for every kill with arcblade. 2) Agilty healer/Survivalist- Crest of alpha lupi, MIDA multi-tool. 'Hungering blade' should be chosen over 'encore' in my opinion. With this setup blink is going to be your get away tool and blink strike will grant you health when running away. The chest plate mentioned allows players to revive you faster and for you to revive others faster. The MIDA multi-tool allows for faster movement speed, on top of the already fast hunter. WARLOCK 3) High dps solar-These are based on the beta gear found, ive also seen some intresting stuff for the Sunsinger with lingering solar damage builds using 'Sunbreaker gauntlets', how effective this is, I dont know, will have to wait till release day. 4) Support cooldown- The other build I can see from the Sunsinger is more of a support build and is more for raids, which reduces the teams cooldowns using radiance, this cooldown can be further reduced using 'Heart of the praxic fire' (Best looking armour ive seen), when paired with a defender titan and its ability to spawn orbs of light from npcs attacking ward of dawn this could be set up to cause some major damage from the other 4 players. Weapon wise........well this is awkward its pretty much all situational, nothing really screams out warlock build at me. Anything with grenade cooldown for build 3? For build 4 I havent got a clue. TITAN For titans, if you have seen or heard of the exotic pulse rifle 'Red Death' paired with the high armour of most titan builds, this will be your best friend in raids. Armour im not sure whats decent, helm of inmost light looks good for strikers. There is also an intresting exotic helm for the defender titan called 'Helm of saint 14' where it adds a new ability to the super 'Ward of dawn' which blinds enemies which enter 'ward of dawn'. This is a bit situational but adds to the surpressive fire that a defender brings to the fight when paired with its surpressor grenades which can regen at 20 secs on max cooldown.

So ive looked at the bladedancer skills a bit more with some gameplay vids, the arcblade will be intresting in how it is used, depending on certain skill combination your build will become highly situational 1) Wave killer- Arcblade with razors edge (shoots narrow waves) there is damage drop off over distance, but this skill can easily crowd control in narrow areas. ---a)Paired with ENCORE you become a formidle wall in these corridor situations, multiple kills will replenish your arcblade. allowing you to push back wave after wave ---b) Hungering Blade allows immediate health regen on kills means you can stay in the firing line for longer, against stronger foes this might be a better build. However your arcblade use is more limited and you will rely on a sunsinger to reduce your cooldowns. 2) Crowd killer- Showstopper an arcblade that causes radial damage (DOES MORE DAMAGE THAN RAZORS EDGE) you are risking being up close and personal but can take down groups with ease. ---a) Encore is maybe viable here, if you play smart and use the environment to your full advantage, maybe even the better slide skill aswell you will become a serious force to be reckoned with. ---b) Hungering blade, again faster slides and movement will boost this build, you may have regenerating health but you are far from unkillable, as a build this can stay in firing lines longer and is more built for high pressure situations. 3) Healer/Stealth now this has many many combinations depending on how good the stealth mechanic is, blink and blinkstrike work, aswell as how fast the health regen is, based on stealth activation from arcblade this skill wont be as readily used as your blink and blinkstrike, these will be your main escape tool. Blinkstrike can be used for to create a short duration cloak, but this is more for escape purposes in my opinion Blink strike- Now this skill is intresting, its an extended melee, and works with hungering blade for health regen. The only two sensible options would be fast twitch (shorter cooldown) if you want to stay alive. The other option is escape artist (temp cloak) which with a high recovery build this may be a better option for an ENCORE build.

So based on survivability, the titan is the best Doesnt show you the pics on forums.....basically if you follow the link it will show you the screenshots I took of those class builds
