What Was Your Favorite Video Game Moment?

A certain big team battle CTF game on Halo 2. It was the last round and capturing the flag would give us the win. If you remember, staying in close proximity to the flag would prevent the round from ending. My friend's dad was crouched, hiding near the flag to keep us in the game. Eventually the enemy team discovered his location and went for him. I drove out the gauss warthog and perched it somewhere I could cover him. The enemy came in droves trying to kill both my friend's dad and me, but my gauss skills were on point that day. Meanwhile this distraction enables my friend to run in and steal the flag. It was a long way to the capture point. They killed him, me, and seemingly our whole team. We sacrificed our bodies touching that flag, getting it closer and closer by the inch, until our inevitable and deserved victory. This must have been almost 15 years ago and I still remember it vividly!
