Destiny player group sizes.
Destiny has a multiplayer focus, that much is clear. In the artwork seen, groups of 3 has been a recurring image. A statement from a person claiming to have seen it in action mentioned "a group of 3 players doing a mission, where they encountered another 3-player group already at the mission site".
This is of course wild speculation from my side, but I'm guessing that 3-4 player groups can be the "norm" in Destiny, with group-to-group interaction in a kind of pve-style environment, but obviously open for things like 6-on-6 or 8-on-8 deathmatch type modes. Does this sound sensible, or do you guys have any other information/guesses?

5 RepliesIn the video posted hrs ago it was shown that player groups consist of 6. Not sure if this is for every part of the game but it should give some idea.

3 RepliesI'm hoping for something similar to Red Dead Redemption Multiplayer, but on a larger scale.

I'm still hoping for a Borderlands-style FPS, except multiple people/groups can be in the same world and interact by creating alliances or doing battle, sort of how DayZ is. It's unlikely, but would be great if they did it and got it right.
