Edited by Mr Reloadshot: 3/27/2013 10:51:54 AMOnly difference would be the community. Xbox will probably have more players because they are closer with Bungie also, people on Xbox talk more and most People have mics unlike playstation. Xbox is my play station.

Most likely Xbox because of the general ease that I can create a party, Much rather play it on the pc though....
-
It's a next gen game for next gen consoles, it might have some problems running on the 360.
-
On Xbox I will play with the people that I've known for up to 5 years. That is the difference.
-
Edited by ArcGuard: 3/20/2013 8:40:10 PMIt'll be almost the same, but with more people talking (and just more people in general) on the xbox versions. (CoD:BO2 sold 30% more on xbox over PS3, worldwide, and sold over 10 times more than PC - Via VGCharts) Edit: To clarify, xbox is the place for FPS/TPS, typically.

ITT: Fanboys. There really won't be a huge notable difference in each of the platforms. Next gen graphics and performance will most likely be slightly better, but other than that, nothing really. We will have to see though. Anyone claiming one will be better than the other, and they know this for a 'fact', is a fanboy, and you shouldn't listem to them.

Edited by xWhiteGodx: 3/24/2013 9:19:13 AMIt's funny how people say Xbox has cross party chat and PS doesn't. The Playstation 4 was confirmed to have cross-game chat, so that makes the claim of Xbox having a 1-UP null and void. The PS4 overall is already better than the Xbox 720 simply because Sony planned it out that way. The Xbox will still probably use it's custom architecture which will hinder it. Since the PS4 will use x86 architecture(Which for you normals means it is a console computer.) that means that developing it requires very little effort to port. TL;DR - PS4 has cross-game chat, Xbox will use custom architecture, makes PS4 considerably better. PS4 is computer in box, as already stated. Means PS4 will be superior in general.

I'm guessing the game will run really well on next gen consoles if it can run on current gen consoles.
-
Well PSN is free so that right there is a huge difference. The PS3 and PS4 have always utilized better hardware than the Bakabox so you should expect a better experience on PlayStation if you know the technological differences. I know this sounds biased but it's true if you look it up. That's all I have to say on that. Oh! The PS4 also sound more like a PC in some aspects so you can expect that to offer a lot haha.

$5.00 a month.
-
Xbox has the Party system which allows for groups to stay together easily. But I'm planning on lone wolfing it, so to me that won't matter. However, this game will probably make me reconsider getting a bluetooth headset for use with PS3. ■
-
Do you think they will come out with special edition platforms ? I hope they don't have favoritism.
-
They said that they game play itself they are going to try to make as similar as possible for all platforms. So my guess is not much.
-
Just a few things, Graphics, Gameplay, easy to deal with PSN money system, and community as bad as it hurts me to say the XBL community is stronger (when i say stronger i mean just easier to manage) then PSN at this point in time.
-
Graphics and audio, that's it. The gameplay will remain the same.
-
The "exclusive content" for the PS4 won't be a big deal hopefully. Probably just like a pre-order bonus or whatever. But the graphics might be a little better.. :/
-
PS3 cutscenes will be sharper compared to the 360.
-
Controllers... players... and oh ya, PS4 is getting that exclusive content
-
Probably the controllers.
-
with the information we have to date the difference is, on xbox you,ll have to pay microsoft to play what bungie wants you to experience since its a online only game , exclusive playstation dlc was announced those are the differences we know to date...
-
We get the DLC first -Xbox.
-
I'll have a Playstation and a girlfriend. You'll have neither.
-
it's all preference. depends on whether you are key to xbox or playstation that, and the controller layout lol. PS4 claims special dlc only for playstation, which might just be a gun and one bounty. and i bet xbox will do the same. but in the end, like i said, it'll just be whether you personally prefer one over the other
-
Get out.
